These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through my online store. Please ensure that all information is entered correctly when placing an order.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

What happens when you click the “Order Now” button.

  1. An order is created when you fill out and confirm your shopping cart by clicking the “Purchase” button.

  2. After receiving your order, I will send you a confirmation email summarizing the ordered goods, the total price, and these terms and conditions.

  3. A contract between the seller and the buyer is formed at the moment the order is confirmed.

  4. If the goods are unavailable or the price was incorrect, I reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you promptly.

3. Payment and Delivery

How to pay and when you can expect your package.

  1. Payment options:

    • Credit card payment online (via a secure payment gateway).

    • Cash or card payment for in-person pickup.

  2. Delivery of goods:

      – Courier delivery

    • Standard delivery time: Shipping times range from 3 to 5 days, depending on your location within the central Europe. International shipping times range from 7 to 21 days.

    • The delivery cost is specified in the order; free delivery may apply for purchases exceeding a certain amount (see the online store for details).

  3. Transfer of ownership: Ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer after payment and receipt.

4. Complaints and Warranty

What to do if something isn’t right.

  1. Defective goods: If the goods are defective, you have the right to:

    • Repair or replacement.

    • A discount on the price.

    • Withdrawal from the contract (in case of significant defects).
