Tools You’ll Need (Not Included):

A body cap (specific to your mirrorless camera mount)
Electrical drill or Dremel
Various drill bits
(Smaller drill bit to pre-drill the hole and 16mm (5/8") Forstner bit for a precise hole or Step drill bit, optional)
Clamps (to hold the body cap in place while drilling)
Sandpaper (to smooth out edges after drilling, optional)
Black electrical tape (for securing the lens in place, allowing for adjustments)

Our DIY Monocle Lens does NOT include a body cap. You will need to use your own body cap to mount the lens properly.
This lens is only compatible with mirrorless cameras—it will not work on DSLRs. Please ensure you have a suitable mirrorless camera and body cap before purchasing.

⚠️ Do NOT use super glue! The vapors can damage your camera sensor and internal components. Monocle Lens is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or modifications. Please be careful when assembling your lens.
